MyPaintBuckets is implementing a pricing and platform structure update as part of its transition from an early-stage deployment model to a standardized SaaS platform.

Over the past year, MyPaintBuckets has operated under reduced, early-adoption pricing to support rollout, onboarding, and product development. The platform has since matured into a core operational system supporting project coordination, scheduling visibility, documentation, and execution across active job sites.

As a result, existing pricing no longer reflects the value delivered or the cost required to support, maintain, and continue improving the platform.

What’s Changing

MyPaintBuckets is moving to a standardized, tiered subscription pricing model based on usage and operational scale.

Updated pricing tiers are structured as follows:

Starter: Free
Growth: $90 per month
Enterprise: $240 per month

Accounts will be aligned to a pricing tier based on objective criteria, including:

User count
Project volume
Feature utilization
Support requirements
Operational complexity

MyPaintBuckets reserves the right to determine and periodically reassess tier alignment based on these factors.

Billing and Alignment

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Updated pricing will apply beginning on the effective date listed below
• Account tier placement will be determined based on platform usage and operational profile
• Adjustments to tier alignment may occur over time as usage or operational needs change

By continuing to use MyPaintBuckets after the effective date, you agree to the updated pricing structure and applicable subscription fees. All pricing and billing are governed by MyPaintBuckets’ Terms of Service and any applicable service agreements.

Effective Date: July 4, 2026

All accounts will transition to the updated pricing structure beginning on the effective date.
